Shipping Policy

At The Urban Drift Dubai ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience. Below is an overview of our shipping policy to ensure you are informed every step of the way.

1. Order Processing Time- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Time-We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the order processing date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to meet this timeframe for all domestic orders.

Please note that while we make every effort to meet our delivery goal, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors such as high demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen shipping carrier delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs- We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method and delivery destination.

  • Standard Shipping – Delivered within 7 business days 
  • Express Shipping – Available at checkout for faster delivery (additional charges may apply).

4. Shipping - Once your order is processed, our own delivery team will carefully pack and deliver your order directly to your address. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking -Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address during checkout to ensure prompt delivery.

7. International Shipping Currently, we only offer shipping within United Arab Emirates. We are working on expanding our international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future.

8. Order Issues If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as damage, loss, or delayed delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery team  to resolve the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

9. Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to certain locations due to restrictions or regulations. If we are unable to process your order for this reason, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.
